Payhop lets a team pay many Solana wallets from one CSV, routed through MultiHopper. This page describes exactly what Payhop stores, why, and who else sees it.
What we never collect
- Private keys or seed phrases. Your wallet signs every transaction in your browser; Payhop cannot sign for you.
- Passwords. You sign in by signing a short text message with your wallet.
- Advertising or analytics trackers. Payhop runs no third-party analytics, ad pixels or tracking cookies.
What we store
- The wallet address you sign in with, and your workspace name.
- If you ask for a quote on the payroll leak check: your email, any note you add, and the totals you were shown. Your treasury address only if you tick the box to include it. We use these only to reply to you.
- The payout data you upload: recipient wallet addresses, amounts, and the optional reference text for each row, plus batch labels and settings.
- Transfer records: MultiHopper transfer IDs, transaction signatures, statuses and timestamps.
- An audit log of actions taken in your workspace, so you can see who created, approved and signed each batch.
- API keys you create, stored only as a one-way hash.
- One session cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 12 hours. It is required for the app to work.
References and labels stay in Payhop. They are never written on chain.
Who else sees data
- MultiHopper, which routes your payments, receives what it needs to create each transfer: the source wallet, the destination wallets and the amounts. MultiHopper screens routes through TRM Labs for sanctions and risk.
- The Solana network. Every transaction you sign is public on chain by design. Routing removes the direct link between your treasury and each recipient; it does not hide amounts or make payments anonymous.
- Infrastructure providers that host and connect the service: Oracle Cloud (servers), Cloudflare (DNS) and Helius (Solana RPC).
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Google and YouTube
Payhop uses the YouTube API only to publish videos to Payhop's own YouTube channel. It does not ask visitors to sign in with Google, and it does not access or store anyone else's Google or YouTube data.
How long we keep data
Workspace data is kept while your workspace exists, because it is your payment record and your receipts. To have a workspace and its data deleted, contact us at seaviaresources@gmail.com. Data already on the Solana blockchain cannot be deleted by anyone.
Security
Traffic to payhop.app is encrypted with TLS. Payhop holds no keys that can move funds, so a breach of Payhop's servers cannot spend from your wallet.
