Terms of service
Last updated 31 October 2026
By using payhop.app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Payhop is
Payhop is software that prepares batch payouts on Solana and routes them through MultiHopper. Payhop is non-custodial: it never holds your funds or your keys, and every transaction is approved and signed in your own wallet.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the recipients, amounts and tokens in every batch you sign. Check the quote before signing.
- You are responsible for your own tax, payroll, reporting and legal obligations.
- You must not use Payhop to pay sanctioned parties, to launder funds, or for any unlawful purpose.
- You must keep your wallet and any API keys you create secure.
Compliance screening
MultiHopper screens routes through TRM Labs. A route that is flagged is not delivered: the principal is refunded to the sender and the screening fee is kept, as described on the pricing section of payhop.app.
Fees
Network and routing fees (MultiHopper's fee, per-hop charges, screening and Solana network costs) are shown in the quote before you sign. Payhop's hosted subscription price and the founding-workspace waiver are as stated on payhop.app at the time your workspace is created.
No warranty
Payhop is provided "as is" and "as available". Blockchains, RPC providers and MultiHopper are outside our control, and transactions can be delayed, fail or need to be retried. Payhop does not make payments anonymous: amounts and recipient addresses remain public on chain.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Payhop is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by transactions you signed, by third-party networks or services, or by the loss of your keys.
Changes
